Tennessee Hot Sauce Co was founded in 2021 with the idea that flavorful, small batch hot sauce should always be available in your household. Gone are the days where you think "Ah, we're out of hot sauce, I need to order more," or "I have to remember to pick some more up at the store next time I go" (both of which have happened to us of course).
Another thing that is important to us is maintaining the variety and creativity to keep not only you, our community engaged, but also keep us excited about the process and the results of new testing, new experimenting, and your feedback. Life is all about variety and change, why should hot sauce be any different? The only way that we get better at this, is practice and critical feedback from you!
